H1B Transfer Question (Labor & I140 approved)

I work for company A. My labor and I140 has been approved through company A. My six year H1B is going to complete on March 2010.
My question is can I transfer my H1B to Company B and get a 3 yr extension based on my approved labor and I140? I don't care for my green card at this point. I would like to know whether I will face any issues/challenges for my H1B transfer?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
