H1 Transfer

Hi My H1 transfer was initiated in may 1st week and i got the reciept number but after that i am trying to find the status its saying invalid reciept no. how can i find out what is going on with my H1 stranfer and how long will it take to get that done under normal processing.

Please suggest me.

You need to see "processing time" section on uscis website. Regarding "invalid receipt #" you can write to "[email protected]" or call their support line.

Sometimes back I had received my approval but case status was still showing as "pending" so you should be fine too.

Thanks for you Quick Response, I have called the number but they are saying that they can not diclose the info to me even if i am beneficiery either the company or the Lawyer who have filled should call.

and i wanna ask you one more Question that how long did yours H1 transfer took. was it easy or difficult like was there Querries.

Just a month and half in California service center.
BTW, its very much depend upon employer and employee credentials.
