Return Ticket to india

Hi,
I joined my employer on H1B in US two years ago. I might be finishing up with my contract soon and if things dont work out, return back to india.

Is there a current rule/requirement for the H1B sponsoring company to pay for my return ticket to india? I might be wrong but i think i read something on that terms earlier this week.

Yes, employer has to pay for return transportation to the employee upon termination of the job.
