H1-F1-H1 conversion

Hi

I am on H1 from sep 07. Stayed in US for 9 months ( from jan 08) . Now I am out of US since Sept 08. I plan to convert to F1 visa. I would like to know , if I would like to move back to H1 after 2 years on F1 visa, will I be subjected to cap?

If not subjected to cap, how many years of H1 would be left in my 6 year clock.
