H1B Transfer... H4 Question..

Hi to all seniors,
I transfer my H1B Employer A to Employer B.
My wife visa stamp from Employer A. so, she want to go back outside USA for visa stamping with Employer B? this is must have to do for H4 holders? or she can stay without H4 Stamping with New Employer B.

H4 is not related to employer A or B. If the visa and I-94 are valid, no stamping is needed.

However, your post is not clear and I answered based on what I understood your question could possibly mean.

I got answer, my H4 Dependends dont need visa stamp again with new Employer B. stamp is valid upto 2011, so, my H4 Dependents can go for visit india and come back to USA on that stamp. I94 also valid upto visa stamp 2011.

They need to carry your new employer's I797 approval copy to show at POE and give your new company name if asked.

-- When your H4 Holders (Dependent) will go outside US(like India) & return back to US, POE(US) will issued I94 as per your I797 (new Employer), you and your dependent must have to show I797 of NEW Employer's. No Stamping is needed upto 2011(as per your post).
