H-1 renewal/ H-1 Transfer question senior members please advice
Hello,
I am quite eager to know answers for these H-1 b questions
1. My first H-1 B with employer "xyz" is expiring in 30 sep 2009. I am workin for a client now and even client is ready to give client letter if necessary for my H-1 b renewal with employer "xyz". I am applying fast processing and in case my H-1 b renewal for "xyz" gets rejected will i be able to apply H-1 transfer to new employer "ABC" before my I 797 expires ?????
2. Do u suggest H-1 transfer is more safe option since my employer is saying he has a sister company "ABC" and suggesting me to do H-1 transfer instead of H-1 renewal to be more safe. In case my H-1 transfer for "ABC" gets rejected, will i still be able to do H-1 b renewal with current employer "xyz" before my I 797 expires????
