Hi Senior,
Please let me know how the Visa transfer and extension queue works?? I filed for the transfer cum extension from company A to B on Jan 5th and almost 7 months over now with company B.
I hold my valid h1b visa till 30th sep 2009, I heard from my friends that I will be getting the reply only when my current visa is expired(Ie., after 30th of Sep with window period of 30 to 90 days).
Please reply, waiting for it.
