My COS H1-H4 & Husband H1 extension

Hi guys

I have a typical situation here,
My employer filed for my COS H1-H4, got RFE(requesting recent pay stubs ) planning to respond to that rfe but employer is not reliable one.
btw my husband works for the same company, filed for his H1 extension.

Becoz of his response to my rfe v r planning to file a complaint on my employer,

does this effects my husbands H1 extesion decision?
