need advice regarding H1 stamping

Hi,
I would just like to know, if it helps to have gone abroad to US at least once, before applying for H1B.
Many at times during stamping the VO usually ask if u have been to US before or is this the first time your travelling to US.

Being in US before has got nothing to do with H1b stamping.
