h1 transfer and renewal

Hi ,
I am working with Company A and my H1 is valid till Sept'09.Company A has applied my h1 renewal and I have received the Receipt number.But it not approved.At this time can I transfer my h1 to Company B?

Also my current contract or project with client gets over by november.So in that case my h1 will be renewed till November or till my six years term.
