Sir/ Madam,
My husband would like to extend his H 1 beyond 6 years...our green card is pending but our labor certification has been approved.
I am on H4 and have an EAD card since my I 140 was approved. We are Indian citizens and would like to extend the visa 3 more years for flexibility to travel and keep our status.
Please advise.
