Hi,
Currently I am on L2 Visa (NO EAD). I have an approved (but not stamped) H1. I wanted to do a COS from L2 to H1. Can I start work while the COS application has been received by the USCIS but still pending approval? If not, is there an estimated timeframe when I can expect the L2 to H1 COS to be approved after filing?
