H4 visa

Dear Seniors and Friends,
Thanks for the forum for their valuable suggestions.
i got my H4 visa before 10 days and i have a question,
If i get an employer who can file for H1B and if i get an approval then is it possible to change the status of my visa from H4 to H1B immediately?
