    Hi ,
I have recently changed my status from H1 to H4...Now i am planning to go to india for a vacation...In that case i need to go for visa stamping in india...My husband's LCA has an issue..The LCA and his pay stubs are not in sync..Will this create a problem for my visa stamping..Please advise...

What exactly do you mean by not in sysnc? Location? Wages? Above LCA or below the prevailing wage?

Thanks for your response..I meant the wages are below the prevailing wage....This was the mistake from the employer..These days there is lot of scrutiny on the desi companies regarding this..Thats why i am bit worried....

Then the employer has to fix it by paying the difference in the wages as per labor and what you are getting paid. You answered your own question saying there is lot of scrutiny. There is nothing more to answer.

It is illegal to pay less than what is approved on the LCA for a H1b employee. No exceptions.

Most likely not but very well could. It depends on the VO.
