H1 Extension

Hello Everybody

I am on H1B Visa and this was my last (6th) year and right now I got my I-140 approved so I need apply for my H1B extension.My questions are....

1.What is the entire procedure for H1B extension ?
2.Processing time taken for the Extension ?
3.What are supporting documents that I need to submit ?
4.Fees Details ?

It would be great if I get all the details ASAP .......
