Hi I am a Software Engineer and have 2 yrs. of exp. I have come here in Feb 2009 on H1B visa by some X company. Still i haven't got any project as I dont have required experiece for new project. Is there any problem if I go back to India, work there and again re-apply in future after some yrs?
Will there be any problem to Employer, I mean will they be contacted by any authority as me going withing 6 months, keeping in mind that my visa expires in 2011.
I don't want to work illegaly to pay my taxes.
