I have a question.
I will be getting married this month end and plan to bring my wife in H4 visa.
I was worked for the Company A and I have recently changed to new company (Company B)and my H1B is approved.
Right now, my passport shows the old H-IB visa stamp (Company A) that is valid till July 2011.
Here is my question..Can my wife go for stamping to the Chennai Consulate with the new H-IB approval and the old visa stamped passport copies. Or do I must get my visa stamped (Company B) before she go for stamping to the Chennai Consulate?
I shall be very grateful if you can clarify my question and suggest what is right for us.
