H1 Transfer Need Help

Hi,

I have a valid Stamped H1-B with employer A (not travelled yet).
How can I transfer H1B to any new employer B.

Please advice.

If it's this year's H1, you can initiate transfer before Oct 1st easily. You need to have a copy of I-797 from employer A.

After Oct 1st, you need pay stubs for transfer.

My petition with co A is valid from oct 1 2008 till 31 july 2011.i have not travelled yet on my H1 - B from co A.Now I want to transfer the same with co B so is it possible.

Please advice me on this.

H1 B is going to expire in Oct 2009

Hi,

I have valid H1b for the company A. I have not travelled on that due to the recession.Now I am planning to go to USA in near term.

Could please advice me on following :

1.Is it possible to extend it and transfer the visa to other company say B from india.
2.My current employer is interested in extending the H1B.Is it good option to extend the visa or apply for new visa as 3 years are already wasted without using it.
