h1b transfer at startup dental clinic

Hi,

I am on h1b visa and want to transfer my h1b on to startup dental clinic with my friend. She is a dentist with green card. How much assets should be shown to USCIS for them to approve a visa transfer application....

Please help..

Not assets but proof of maintenance of status (recent paystubs) and good credentials of employer and employee is needed.

I am dentist and planning to join a friend of mine in a startup dental clinic.
basic question is what kind of finances should be startup clinic have so that my visa transfer can be done with problem. Which means USCIS should not object visa transfer. I have my paystubs etc from present employer. pls guide.

As long as the employer has registered as a business and has the funds to support the employment, a lawyer can work on filing the H1b transfer.
