lca question senior members(TX1HB) or others pls reply

HI,

I am still struck up with this LCA for my H-1 Renewal. My attorney applied LCA on august 5 after a week got this error "Federal ID not found". My attorney submitted Federal ID proof documents on Aug 13. No reply yet. Can anybody give me an ETA on how many business days it will take after i submmited additional docs to get this LCA.

Also anybody in same boat????

When does your I-94 expire? It is important that they start the H1b renewal process in advance to avoid such issues that may come up in the last minute.

Thanks for reply. My I-94 is expiring on 30 sep 2009. As a precaution I am applying LCA with another employer so that I can transfer to him if my LCA from current employer gets delayed. Never expected this would happen with LCA...
