Very Urgent H1B..Status

Hi,
I need a very urgent advise.Here is my situation.
My H1 Transfer got big RFE.My company is not inaa position to answer.My i-94&h1 B expired in April'09.Is it possible to change to H4(My spouse is on H1)with in the US?

Not possible as your I-94 already expired. Search and read about "bridging" on the forum. You can leave the country, get a H4 visa and re-enter.
