B1 rejected twice going for H1B

B1 rejected twice this year under 214 b
now H1B petition is approved, need to stamp
4 years back I worked in US on H1B.
will the B1 rejection affect H1B stamping?

No, it will not unless the rejection was for reasons involving fraud.
