I am in the process of getting my H1B transferred. My case status says pending. When my attorney filed for my H1 transfer, I was with my old company which was located in Maryland and I lived there. But now I have joined a different company and working on a 6 month project with their client in South Dakota. Do I have to submit the AR11 form online, notifying USCIS of my address change? If so, will that delay my H1 Transfer process?
