    H1 Extension pending labor approval

    Need your guidance!

    My H1 is expiring on Dec 21 2009, after recapture.

    1. Should I wait for labor approval? OR

    2. Apply for H1 extension?

    3. When do you think is the right time to apply for extension?

    Your suggestions are really appreciated.
