regarding h1b - cudnt get thru

hi guys, in the yr 2007, the company applied for my h1b and it cudnt get selected in the lottery. In 2008 for the yr 2009, i applied thru a consultnt & it got selected in the lottery, they sent me the EAC number but this yr they said, it got rejected. the consultant is saying they dont have definite reply.

anyways , wat should i do now? is there any consultancy/employer company which can file for my H1B and they have at least 100% scores in that?

plz also note that i do have US work experience on B1 visa for about 5 months . my B1 wil expire in 2017.

--Your consultant is fooling around (if you have paid for h1b filing). They are the first one to receive rejection letter with definite reason.

--Help yourself and go on the homepage of this website. Look for H1B "sponsors database and employer's reviews" section.

--What kind of work you are talking about. You are not allowed to work on B1.
