help needed, can i go to mexico or canada for h1 stamping

hi am working on F1 visa(opt), got my H1 approved, can i go for stamping to canada or mexico now, for change of visa from student to H1.

Any information will be of great help, i dont want to spend more and dont want to go to india as it will be expensive and time consuming option for me.

where will i get interview dates easily, please help
