h1b renewal stamping with dui at hyd consulate?

Hello,

Did anybody attend h1 visa interview at hyd consulate with dui history?any problems/concerns at hyd consulate?
i had one dui in 2002...I went to toronto before for stamping and had to stay there for a month to get fingerprint reports. iam trying to decide whether to go to canada again or do the renewal in hyd when i go to india in nov.. I ordered FBI fingerprints early this year( march) so can I show them,will they accept it?

The finger prints you ordered are useless as consulate would probably do their own again by all means.
