H1-B Visa second renewal in less than 6 yrs

I had visa with company A (Oct.-05 to Oct.-08) and transferred to company B in 2007. During the transfer process Company B applied transfer and renewal (Mar-2007 to Mar-2010). Company A 1.5 yrs. and company B 3 yrs. I have not completed 6 years of stay in USA on H1-B. Will i be able to apply for second renewal?
