Need Help L1/ H4

Hi,

I am working in US on an H1 visa. Getting married this November, my fiancee already has an L1 visa from her employer. I am also planning to get her H4 stamping just as a back up, incase things dont work out with her employer.
Have couple of questions on this

1. Can a person have H4 and L1 visa at tha same time?
2. Does the L1 gets cancelled the moment you have your H4 stamping done?.

Also if she initially comes on H4 since she is on a vacation for a month. In this case for her to resume work on L1 would she need to go out of US and get back with a new I94 for her L1?

1. Depends on the VO. Some may cancel the L visa as H4 does not allow work.
2. If the VO wants to, they can stamp the visa CWOP.
