Travel outside US when H1 visa expiring in 3-4 months

Hi All,

My H1 visa is expiring in December 2009; I applied for an extension but the status is still 'received and pending'. I plan to travel to India in October - Will I have any problem when I get back to the US in November as I'll have only 1-2 months more of valid visa on my passport then?

I'd appreciate any help!!

No but you will get a new i-94 based on earlier visa upon retrn if you dont present the latest approval and you also need to read about cloning on the forum.
