Can we apply for H1B again in same year

Hi,
I had applied for H1B visa towards 2010 but my application was rejected because my consultant was not able to provide contract details when he received a RFE from USCIS
I would like to receive help and consultation on whether I can apply again towards 2010 H1B quota?

Yes, provided there is a genuine job offer.
