Need help regarding 221g white form for H1B Extension

Hi All,

I attended for H1B extension at hyderabad consulate on 3 sep, visa officer asked my califonia LCA which I does not have that time, VO gave me 221g white form stating needed LCA for CA work location,I started my job in CA from Dec 08 but my LCA is having from Feb 09 , I droped LCA along with passport on VFS location on 4 sep , till now i did not receieved any updated on this ,can some tell me what r chances of getting visa for my case

There is a chance for you to get the visa. However, your employer has been involving in immigration fraud by not filing an amendment LCA as per the law when the work location changes.
