Need help and questions for H1 b

Dear All,

I already have B1 Visa and visited US in the year August-2007 and stayed there for about 15 days and came back.

In the year April ' 2008 , i applied for H1 B visa i was through to the lottery , but due to US election and recession and i dint go to embassy for stamping in the year 2008.

Now my i'm planning to go US embassy for stamping in October..
i would like to know what questions they will be asking regarding my job details and my employer...

I would appreciate if you could provide me some valuable suggestions..
