Hi All,
I was attended for H1B visa Interview on December 2008 at Mumbai Consulate. The Consulate issued 221(g) White Form asking for additional documents like (IT returns, unemployment wage report for past 3Q, end client letter). I received documents from my employer in the month of Feb 2009. But I was not able to attend for visa interview at that time due to bad condition.
Now I would like to attend for visa interview, Is it ok to attend with the same documents which are dated 9 months back?
Please advise me.
