H1b for Medical Technicians

Hi all,

Please help. Information needed.

Ok, I am going to apply H1b. I have bachelor degree in usa with major "Clinical Laboratory Scientists". Do I still need VS certificate? Also, what are the requirements to apply VS certificate?

I do not have any internship experience and I only have trainee licence.

I am in california.
