H1-h4-h1

I got my H1 last year (2008) . due to various reasons, I had to change it back to H4. Now I want to work again and got a job. What should I do?what are the steps involved? how long it will take? can i start working before getting my h1 approval? My client wants me to start work immedietely.
Can i start working without H1

what are the documents to be submitted for COS from H4 - H1

There is no way you can start working immediately.
Employer must file H4-H1 cos.
Premium processing takes 15 days and regular takes 2-3 months or depends upon service center time.

To start working cos must get approved.
