H1b Transfer H4 Stamping

Hi,

Recently i had my H1 B stamping and i came back to US, my wife is in India currently. she didn't had her H4 samping with me.

Now i'm planning for H1 transfer to another company.

I)Can my wife attend H4 visa after my H1 trasfer?
II)If she attends the visa now with my current employer,
1)can she travel back to US during my H1 transfer process time?
2)After my H1 transfer does she need to attend the visa again for coming to US?
