H1 B Visa question....Help needed

Hello

I am fresh graduate on OPT. I got a job from a company who does not sponsor H1 B visa.
Is it possible that I sponsor my own H1 B visa via consultancies .
My question is,Are there consultancies , who I can pay money and get my H1 B,(so that I can work with the company who is not sponsoring H1 B)then I will transfer my H1 B visa.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Possible through fraud employers but,
h1b must be sponsored by an employer only. It is illegal if you are paying someone to file your own h1b.

You cannot sponser your own H1B. Paying money for H1B is illegal. Filing for a new H1B petition or filing for a transfer is almost the same. So if a company is not willing to file for a new H1B petition on your behalf, then they won't be willing to do a transfer either (Later).

However you can work for this company (Company A) as a consultant through a differnt company. Find a company (Company B) who can sponser your H1B. Then you can work for Company A through Company B as a consultant. Company B will be your employer and Company A will be your client.
