H1B Extension

Hi

I applied for H1B Extension/H4 Extension to my family, waiting for approval.

Can I send my family to India without H4 approval, then what will happen to H4 Extension? will it effect to my H1B Extension? Plz help me..

Each case is independent of the other. The H4s will need the approval for you to come through if they want to return and need a visa.
