H1B Petitioner Employer Paystub required?

Hi, I am having 2008-09 H1B petition approved (Visa is not stamped). Currently I am on L1B. I filed my H1B petition through an agent company. Now I am looking for other opportunities. Can I join another company on H1B without having PayStubs from the company that filed my visa petition. (If another company is ready to transfer H1) Waiting for suggestion.

H1 transfer is applicable when you're on H1 right now.

As you're on L1, you can first do Change-of-Status to H1, and then go for transfer to new company.
Else File for new H1 with new employer.
