first H1 stamping and H4 together...please share experiences...

Hi All,
friends, senior members having experience with first time H1 stamping(F1-H1 COS) and H4 visa interview together please respond..i have urgent help needed....my questions are:
1. How much advisable this is? Should i go for my H1 stamping and then her H4?

2. In order to book the appointments for visa interview, what should i put my status right now? ( my interview will of course be after marriage, but i am single till then???)...

3. If any one has this kind of experience please share with me ..or provide the links for further resources....

1. You can go together. Not an issue if your employment and job are genuine.
2. You can book as married. Read the other post from you on another thread.
3. The experiences are available on the forum and experience section but may not be the exact same scenario as yours. However, that does not matter.
