Hi - EAD Concern

Hi,

Actually, I am on H1 visa and have EAD but my EAD is still unused as my wife is on H4 visa. My employment is on H1 and I have a question

1. Can I do any kind of business (Part time small) using my EAD and still continue the employment on H1 without effecting mine and my wife's legal status. Is this possible and if yes then will there be any legal implications.

No. Once you use EAD, you are no longer on H1b status thereby making the H4 illegal.
