Trip outside USA
Hello,
I have a stamping of L-1 Visa from Company A. The client for which I was working in 'A' is Company B. Last year 'B' filed my H1-B and it got approved and I joined 'B'. FYI.. A & B have mutual agreement that the employees can jump between them, so I don't think there will be legal implications due to this.
I don't have stamping for H1-B in my passport, but my L1 is still valid (visastamping wise) till April 2010. I have H1B papers that are effective from 1st Oct 2008 till Sep 2011.
I want to go out of USA to europe on vacation. Please advice me if I can do it or not? Will I have problem if I do it?
