To whom this may concern,

I just recently finished my undergraduate degree from Kings College
London. I received my BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance.

I am going to apply for a H1 visa. I was told that my undergraduate
degree is not enough education to apply for an H1 visa. Please can you
advise on weather my undergraduate degree will satisfy the requirements for the H1.

Is your degree3 years or 4 years?

My degree was a 3 year. I have a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance. That is the UK equivalent of a 4 year US degree.

You need 4 years degree. Otherwise, you will have to prove from an
accredited institution that your degree is equivalent to US 4 years degree.
