H1B Inquiry

Good day,

please I have an inquiry about the H1B visa, I want to apply for H1B (computer job) - I have Bachelor's degree in hospitality then I have got a Microsoft certified system engineer (MCSE).

Is that certificate is enough to work in the field of computer on H1B or must my degree had to be in IT (computer) field ?
