H1B Validity Conditions

Hi

My H1B is valid till Sep 2009. I want to travel but not finidng any openings as of now.Can I travel any time till Sep 30th 2009 or is there any specific period before which i should travel?Is there any specific conditions.

As long as your employer is willing to offer you the job and is willing to
pay you full salary, that is fine.
