Urgent Query on EAD

Hi,

Am presently on H4 visa for the last 6 months. My husband is on H1 visa. He's working here for more than 2.5 years and he's working full time. He has not applied for green card.

Can you please let me know whether I can apply for EAD when I'm in H4 status? If so please let me know the procedure.
