Hi,
I am on OPT working for a NON Everified Company. They refused to register in Everify which makes me ineligible to apply for OPT extension from this company. They refused to Sponsor my H1. My OPT is expiring in FEB Last week of 2010. I do not know WHat to do.The Options I have are
* TO look out for another job , where the company should be everified.
* If i could not score a job for some reason , To join some college to maintain my Legal Status.
* Please ADvice me the BEST POSSIBLE WAY. Am I IN the WORST Situation. PLEASE guys I need all our help. PLEASE be a LIFE SAVER
