txh1b,
i'm in some trouble here with my client letter.I am planning to have my int for h1 stamping on 4th, NOv 09.I have a client letter from one of the top people in a very big co.I have been working with this client for 14 months fulltime (from f1opt stem extn. to now on h1) .
the big co. is being bought by another bigger co. and day 1 is expected to be 1st Nov,09. Although the client co. has assured me that i will continue to stay with them even after the merger and surely tilli come bk from stamping, the client co. may no longer exist as a seperate entity after the merger on my interview date- they may run with the same name, but parent co. will call the cards.
If i present the client letter, will I be asked any questions about the merger and will they reject my letter.the director himself wil. continue to be here. but cannot speak on behalf of the parent co.
now he cannot mention about the merger in the letter, as the client as of today is an independent co.
please advise.the consulate officers, they usually are aware of all things, including mergers and stuff , any chances of me getting trapped here?
please respond.my travel depends on some expert opinions.
thx
