Urgent pls help not able to make any decision ???

HI Guys,

I have been following Immihelp very much and I request ur sinciere advices. I am with same employer from Oct 2006 till Oct 2009 on H -1 B. I got my First H - 1 b stamped from Australia. Now I renewed my H-1 b till 2012. I am working with a client from April 2009 and I have all pay stubs till date and even the client letter stating that I have project till 2012. I even have W-2's for 2007 and 2008. Is stamping in India a risk always???? Even though I have all documents will the consulates in India always be strict???? I am not able to make any decision bcoz of that and thinking of getting my H-1 renewal stamping from canada now??? Is it safe to go to Vancouver canada i saw lot of positive experiences any advices ??? I am planning to visit india in november and since stamping in india is strict, i am planning to go to canada get it stamped there and then Fly to india. Is it necessary to spend extra money and do that in current market????

What are you talking? Thousands of people get their stamp in India. If you have a genuine job, you have nothing to worry.

Hi Prash,
I dont think its risky in India. If you have all docs and a project, then you need not worry. I recently went for stamping in India and I got stamped my passport. There wasnt any problem. So you dont need to worry about it.
